4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

AdByteHub uses cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies to operate our platform and measure campaign performance. These technologies fall into the following categories:

  • Essential Cookies — required for core site functionality, session management, and security.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) — used to deploy and manage marketing and analytics tags across our website in a centralized, auditable manner.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — used to understand aggregate website usage, traffic sources, and user behavior to improve our services.

  • Server-to-Server (S2S) Postbacks — used to relay conversion events between our platform, advertisers, and publishers without relying on browser cookies, improving accuracy and privacy.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our platform, including tracking accuracy for advertiser campaigns.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the following categories of third parties, strictly as necessary to operate our services:

  • Advertiser Networks & Brand Partners — aggregated and conversion-level data necessary to validate campaign performance and process billing.
  • Publisher Networks & Affiliates — click and conversion data required to calculate and process commission payouts accurately.
  • Payment Processors & Banking Partners — information necessary to process payouts, refunds, and invoicing.
  • Analytics & Tag Management Providers — such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to help us understand platform usage.
  • Legal & Regulatory Authorities — where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Professional Advisors — including auditors, legal counsel, and accountants, bound by confidentiality obligations.

All third parties with whom we share data are contractually required to use it only for the specified purpose and to maintain appropriate security safeguards.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Campaign and financial records are typically retained for a minimum of the period required under applicable Indian tax and corporate law.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures — including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and restricted internal data access — designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
